The workshop offers a peaceful, supportive atmosphere that focuses on the value of self-care and helps to encourage the skill of listening to one’s body and inner wisdom. The techniques demonstrated during the day provide a therapeutic resource that can be used to enhance confidence and well-being through self-expression.
Participants will experience first-hand how the empathetic presence of the practitioner can foster a sense of safety and relaxation in which to try new things and discover the healing benefits of creativity.
